Appointment Confirmation & Policies

Thank you for scheduling your appointment with us!

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule to stay on time for other clients. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make necessary adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Payment Policy

Please note: a $3 processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
